1. Open forum for Members:
We plan to host a monthly ‘open forum’ to answer any queries or concerns on labour law matters, and, generally provide an update on recent judicial pronouncements.
First such open forum is scheduled on December 23, 2008 between 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
All are welcome. Space limitations and logistical needs require earlier intimation to EFI on your participation.
2. Advisory Service:
Mr.Bharat Goyal has agreed to make himself available on all Fridays between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm. to answer your queries and suggest possible solutions on related matters. Prior intimation, along with specific queries will help provide focused response. For a written response nominal charge is leviable.
3. Appearances in courts etc:
Should you desire appearance of legal matter, please give prior intimation of such need to EFI.
