    EFI in collaboration with CII has organized Industry Interaction with CFPC on 12th July, 2019 (Friday).
    Employees’ Provident Fund Organization is a statutory body under Ministry of Labour & Employment. EPFO administers the contributory Provident Fund Scheme, a Pension Scheme and an Insurance Scheme for the workforce engaged in the organized sector in India.
    In last few years, EPFO has introduced various Ease of Doing Business Reforms and greatly expanded the ambit of online services by leveraging IT tools such as Aadhar based e-sign, ECR 2.0, Umang, Pension Portal etc. These reforms have certainly led to fastening of processes, delivering timely results and overall improvement in number of new registrations both in case of workers and establishments.

    EFI is coming out with the 5th Edition of EFI National Awards for Excellence in ER-2019. The announcement letter and the data sheets are attached for your ready reference.
    The Excellence Award in ER recognizes positive efforts made by an organization to cement strong employee relations with its employees. This may range across large sections of the workforce or in the management of disputes involving workmen / employees on rolls. The Jury Team shall be looking for concrete evidences where the employees are treated / built / developed over the years to take up higher responsibilities by fully optimizing their talents and competencies. The “Prime Minister’s Shram Awards Scheme” is available for downloading at: www.labour.gov.in You are requested to send us (EFI) your recommendations in a specified manner/format as per the instructions from Ministry. Kindly send Two demand drafts : 1) One Demand Draft for Ministry - for Rs. 500/-, in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer (MS), Ministry of Labour, New Delhi” payable at New Delhi. 2) Other Demand Draft for EFI - for Rs.500/- +18% GST i.e Rs.590/- drawn in favour of “The Employers' Federation of India” payable at Mumbai, through registered post/courier with confirmation at efisolar@gmail.com latest by 20th August 2019.
