International Organisation of Employers

The International Organisation of Employers (IOE) is a representative body of employers of the world and is located in Geneva. Employer organization of as many as 85 countries are affiliated to this body which represents interests of employers at the international level and works as secretariat of its affiliated members for all the ILO activities. The Federation is a member of this body and its past president, Mr. Naval H. Tata, became the IOEs' President in 1951 and remained as its Vice President for a number of years. The association continues to very effective even today.
