We have great pleasure in announcing, launch of “Legal Advisory & Support Service” for the benefit of our members and their employing interests.
The Legal Advisory and Support Service will primarily deal with legal issues arising out of Compliance of Labour Laws and the legal disputes. It will include in particular:-

Formulating strategies in relation to legal aspects of industrial relations in matters of day to day running of an industry.
2
Framing strategies in relation to labour related litigation and assist in the conduct of litigation.
3
Conducting legal cases on behalf of employers in Courts and Tribunals.
4
Assisting members in preparing various forms of documentation.
5
Advise entrepreneurs globally who wish to invest in India in matters of labour laws and matters of industrial relations environment.
6
Impart training to the executives in areas related to legal aspects of industrial relations.

Assisting employers with, compliance of labour laws and legal audit

Legal aspects of discipline management
The Legal Advisory Service will be provided by Mr.Bharat Goyal, an eminent lawyer by profession, well known to the industry. He has specialized in advising the industry, as also in taking up matters on behalf of the Employers’ Federation of India before various government forums.
Bharat is a Law graduate of Mumbai University. He worked with very well known
Senior Counsel, late Mr.F.N.Kaka for about 5 years, before launching his practice. He has been advising & representing for several Indian and Multinational companies in engineering, FMCG, Pharmaceutical and service organizations of repute.
To take care of the industrial relations aspect in the areas, you will be advised by Mr.Goyal and other experts from the EFI, in addition to listed above.
