1. Association Membership:

Any industry Association/Chamber of Commerce, whose members employ people, can become the members of the Federation. Subscription fee is minimum Rs 16,400 /- p.a. to maximum Rs. 40,000/- p.a.

2. Ordinary Membership:

Individual firms and companies are eligible to become its ordinary members.

The Member Subscription pattern is as under:

Sales Turnover/ No. of employees	Subscription
Large Size: More than 100 crores and/or more than 100 employees whichever is higher	Rs. 16,400 or Rs. 5.00 per employee p.a. whichever is higher subject to a maximum of Rs. 1,00,000 p.a.
Medium Size: Rs 21 – 100 crores and/or more than 25 employees, but less than 1000, whichever is less	Rs. 11,400 p.a.
Small Size: Up to Rs. 21 crores	Rs. 6,400 p.a.

3. Honorary Membership:

Distinguished professionals from the human resources management field and Labour Law Experts are invited to be honorary members. Rs. 2,600 p.a. is the subscription fee.
