The principal goal and objective of Employers' Federation
of India is:

• To regulate the relations between employers and workers;
• To promote and protect the legitimate interests of employers engaged in industries, trade and commerce;
• To maintain harmonious relations between managements and employees to initiate and support all properly considered schemes that would increase productivity and at the same time ensure employee a fair share of the increased return;
• To collect and disseminate information affecting employers and to advise members on their employer-employee relations and other ancillary problems;
• Support employment generation;
• Help accelerate labour reforms, social policies, and build stronger relationship with social partners at the national and the state level;
• Improve policy environment to enhance competitiveness, and
• To provide employer-friendly services
