  • To collect and disseminate information affecting employers and to provide need based services to the employers in people management areas.
  • To advise on key issues in Human Resource Management.
  • To initiate measures that sustains and promotes harmony, peace and wellness in the society.
  • To support members in meeting Corporate Social Responsibilities
  • To help members getting their problems redressed by submission of memoranda and representations to relevant government authorities at the State and Central Level.
  • To provide user friendly need based services to the employer fraternity.
