The theme of the conference is ‘Transforming Workforce Ecosystem for Sustainable & Inclusive Growth’. The theme is designed to deliberate on fostering collaborative progress between trade unions and industry, leveraging technology and data analytics, aligning them with industrial relations. The shifts brought by remote work and flexibility, and the integration of women are all integral to creating a more prosperous, inclusive, and equitable work environment.

The Conference will be followed by 7th edition of EFI – CII National Awards for Excellence in Employee Relations 2023. These awards are designed to honour and celebrate the unwavering dedication, collaborative efforts, effective teamwork, and the strategic approaches in the field of Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management adopted by various enterprises across India.
