The Employers' Federation of India (EFI) in collaboration the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), continuing on its journey of promoting Excellence in Employee Relations (ER) as a significant contributor to productivity and competitiveness takes pride in announcing EFI CII National Awards for Excellence in Employee Relations.

The Awards are a recognition of the commitment, tireless efforts, teamwork and focused ER/IR/HRM strategies of several organizations in India. The Awards seek to felicitate organizations, which place people at the core of their businesses and have crafted and implemented policies, systems and processes that create and sustain competitiveness, fairness with inclusivity, human development along with industrial peace and harmony.

The assessment process will provide invaluable insights that could be acted upon, to further raise the maturity of Employee Relations. After assessment of application, each applicant company will receive a personalized individual feedback document, that contains the strengths of their current ER/IR processes and practices, besides potential areas of development.

The award winners would be felicitated in person / through virtual at the 40th EFI National HRM Summit, scheduled for November 2023.

To complete the process in time, submit the application at the earliest and latest by 20 October 2023.
